Privacy Policy
Starter policy · September 26, 2026
This is a starter document for LaunchPixel’s planned services. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed and finalized for actual business practices before accepting payments.
Who this policy covers
LaunchPixel is operated by Emmanuel Olunkwa. This policy describes the intended handling of information collected through this website and project inquiries.
Information you choose to provide
A project inquiry may include your name, business name, email address, optional phone number and website, project preferences, and message. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information in the form.
Contact form status
The form tells you how delivery works before you use it. When no delivery method is configured, it does not transmit or store your entries. An email workflow prepares a draft in your own email application; you must send that draft yourself. When an online form provider is enabled, your inquiry is sent to that provider for delivery to LaunchPixel.
How inquiry information is used
Information received is used to respond to inquiries, discuss project scope, provide requested services, and maintain relevant business records. LaunchPixel does not sell inquiry information. Service providers may process information as necessary to host the website or deliver inquiries.
Website technology
This build includes no analytics, advertising trackers, or nonessential cookies. Fonts are served with the website. A hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site. If additional services are introduced, this policy should be updated to describe them.
Retention and requests
Information received should be kept only as long as needed for the inquiry, service relationship, or applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by replying to an existing LaunchPixel conversation or using the contact method displayed on this website when available. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location.
Updates
This policy may be revised as LaunchPixel adds services or changes its practices. The current version will be available on this page.
