About LaunchPixel
LaunchPixel, operated by Emmanuel Olunkwa, offers website design, development, and ongoing website management. These starter website terms describe the general offer. A written project agreement should specify the actual scope, fees, responsibilities, and schedule before work begins.
Scope and pricing
Standard website development starts at $500 as a one-time fee. Website management is a separate recurring service at $99 per month. Project complexity can change the development price. Major redesigns, substantial new features, domain registration, premium third-party tools, and work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately. There is no promise of unlimited updates or revisions.
Project responsibilities
The project agreement should identify deliverables, revision limits, approval stages, content responsibilities, and payment timing. Clients should provide content they are entitled to use and timely feedback. Timelines depend on scope, content, access, and approvals. Changes should be agreed upon before extra work is performed.
Ownership and accounts
Website ownership, source-code transfer, third-party licenses, hosting access, and domain account arrangements are determined in the project agreement. Third-party products remain subject to their own licenses and terms. No transfer of rights is implied solely by an inquiry or quote.
Management service
The monthly service covers agreed hosting and technical management, maintenance, monitoring, support, and minor content updates. The agreement should define update limits, support availability, billing dates, cancellation timing, and handover arrangements. No uninterrupted-service or response-time guarantee is made here.
Payments and cancellation
LaunchPixel may collect standard website development and recurring website management fees through Stripe-hosted Checkout. The applicable offer, scope, and payment amount are shown before checkout. See the Refund / Cancellation Policy for the distinction between development work, recurring management, and third-party costs.
Results and use of this site
Design and technical improvements cannot guarantee leads, sales, revenue, or search rankings. Concept work is identified as such and does not imply a client relationship. Visitors must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful material.
Questions and applicable rights
Raise questions through an existing LaunchPixel conversation or the contact method displayed on this site when available. Nothing in these starter terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Any jurisdiction-specific provisions should be addressed in the final project agreement.
